Return & Refund Policy

  1. Upon returning the products, will the COD, shipping, and gift wrap charges be reimbursed?
    • Unfortunately, these charges apply to each order and are not eligible for a refund.
    • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
  2. My item has been collected, but I haven't received my refund yet
    • If 24-48 hours have passed since our courier partner picked up your order and the refund hasn't appeared in your login account, please email us with order ID at customer.care@24street.in and we'll resolve it for you.
  3. What's the expected delivery date for the product I exchanged?
    • Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse once the returned item has been collected from your end. In India, orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days in metro areas, and within 4-7 business days for other regions. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays and extreme weather conditions.
  4. A return request has been created by me. When is the product scheduled for pickup?
    • After we receive your return request, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address within 3 business days. Once picked up, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours in your preferred mode. It will take approximately 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  5. An exchange request has been created by me. When is the product scheduled for pickup?
    • After we receive your request, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address within 2 business days. Ensure that the product and its tags are intact for the courier company's acceptance.
  6. What are the conditions of the exchange policy?
    • You have 7 days from the delivery date to apply for an exchange. We have a reverse pick-up option available for most pin codes.
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
    • We highly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will act as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be challenging for us to process returns or refunds.
    • Only size exchanges are allowed for the same product. It cannot be swapped for another design in the same category or for any other product available on our website/app.
      1. Return / Exchange Pickup Attempts: Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
      2. A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
    • Purchases made during promotions like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other deals that offer free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • To exchange items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted. For manufacturing issues or any other queries, please contact us at (+91-9123873984) or email customer.care@24street.in.
    • To uphold our strict hygiene standards, we do not accept exchanges for certain product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. The 24 Street / Nutone Apparels P Ltd reserves the right to change these products or categories without prior notice.
  7. What is the process for creating a return request?
    • You will need to log in to your account and follow the steps to initiate a return for your order.
    • Go to My Orders
    • Select the return button beside the item you want to send back.
    • Choose the return reason from the dropdown menu.
    • Choose the return method: reverse pickup or self-shipping.
    • If your pin code is eligible for a reverse pick-up, please confirm the address and contact number.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days after the return pickup is completed.
    • If your pin code is not eligible for the reverse pick-up service, please self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 Rs to your account to cover the shipping costs.
      • Return / Exchange Pickup Attempts: Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.

    • If your pin code is eligible for a reverse pick-up, please confirm the address and contact number.
    • If your pin code is not eligible for the reverse pick-up service, please self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 Rs to your account to cover the shipping costs.
  9. Do I need to pay a convenience fee to receive a refund?
    • There is no Return Fee for Trendsetters Club Members (Exclusive Loyalty program for 24 Street customers).
    • Non-members are charged Rs. 20/- per product to transfer refunds to the original payment method or Bank Account/UPI.
  10. Where do I need to ship my returns if I'm doing it myself?
    • If your pin code is not eligible for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address: Nutone Apparels P Ltd, 4th Floor, Block II, 64/1/1 Jessore Road East, Kusum Regent Garments Apparel Park, Kazi Para, Barasat, West Bengal - 7000124, INDIA. You can also contact us at customer.care@24street.in.
    • Please pack the items securely to avoid any loss or damage during shipping. All items should be unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact. We will refund the complete amount plus 100 (for courier charges) to your account within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
    • Make sure your courier costs do not surpass the specified amount. We suggest using 'Speed Post' for shipping. Speed Post is owned by the Government of India and has the largest postal network in the country.
  11. Will I be refunded the full amount if the product I want to return was bought on discount?
    • No, you will only be refunded the amount you actually paid for the product.
  12. What are the conditions of the return policy?
    • You can initiate a return your order within 7 days of delivery. We offer a reverse pick-up service for most pin codes. For pin codes not serviced by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product(s).
    • We highly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will act as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be challenging for us to process returns or refunds.
    • For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products do not need to be returned unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you've received a defective product, please send images to customer.care@24street.in and we will respond. Upon confirmation by the Customer Experience Team, your refund will be processed to your bank account.
    • If you need to return any items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted. For manufacturing issues or any other queries, contact us at the provided number or email us at customer.care@24street.in.
    • Purchase made via Gift cards/vouchers are not eligible for refunds.
    • To uphold our strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. The 24 Street / Nutone Apparels P Ltd reserves the right to modify these products or categories without prior notice.
    • Purchases made during promotions like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other deals that offer free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  13. Other Conditions
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. 24 Street / Nutone Apparels P Ltd is not liable for any errors in the provided details.
    • If you have received a delivery confirmation but haven't received the package, please report it within 24 hours.
  14. Defective/Damaged Product(s) or Parcel - Reporting Damages
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, used, or incorrect product, or if tags are missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will send you a new product at no extra cost.
    • If you receive a torn, damaged, or empty parcel, please do not accept it. If you receive unrelated products or an empty parcel, raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers and labels remain intact.
