What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders above Rs. 1000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@24street.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from the My Order section.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy on 24Street?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size. Most of our products are eligible for replacements for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section  within 2 days of delivery to request  replacement. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be replaced.

How are returns processed?

We do not have a reverse pick up facility available as of now. Please send us the product at the address mentioned below and after receiving the product we will send you the revised product - the shipping cost for the revised product will  be borne by 24Street.

Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. 24Street will not be responsible for any lost shipment. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section. You can also write to us at customer.care@24street.in

Can I exchange part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for returns within 2 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange through My order section or the customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability.
